The Upper Village Business Improvement Association (BIA) represents merchants, venues and services which provides the community with a vibrant and exciting shopping experience.
Located between Bathurst Street and the Allen Road, the BIA has now combined both north and south sides, paving the way for new and exciting events for all to enjoy.
As part of our ongoing commitment to serve the community better we have produced this web site which provides a listing of all our members.
Art, clothing, personal care, jewellery, legal and medical services along with fine dinning are just a few examples of what is now at your fingertips.
The Upper Village has ample parking and a wide range of excellent restaurants to suit every taste and budget. With so much to see and do the Upper Village is the perfect place to entertain family, guests and friends.
